Why Networks?
When Jesus started his ministry, he started with twelve followers who became disciples. He tells the disciples that he would make the fishers of men who should go out and make more disciples wherever they go. They were to create a network of disciples who make disciples that make disciples. All followers of Christ are called to enter a discipleship process. We do this through "discipleship networks."

Our ministries are led and served by leaders within our discipleship networks according to their gifts and talents.
